Summit is easily accessed by people with walking disabilities and limited mobility. Highrock Park BC SAXE POINT PARK VICTORIA BC This 7.5 hectare park offers lush greenery, a quite sandy bay, forested paths, ocean vistas and sunny open spaces for play and picnicking. Small bay on west side with it's forested hedged paths is an off leash area popular with dog owners and offers views of CFB Esquimalt.
