sections of the Galloping Goose Regional Trail this 5km section of the Goose offers access to both swimming and hiking trails along the way. Parking can be found at 30km mark off of Rocky Point Road or Roche Cove at the 35km mark off Gillespie Road. |

| Take the 1A from Victoria
onto the Old Island Hwy (14) turn left onto Gillespie Road just after you past the 17 Mile Pub. East Sooke Regional Park can be reached via Gillespie Rd. as well. |
