The Cowichan River Provincial Park recreation area has four main areas.
The Holt Creek Trail Head, Stoltz Pool and Campgrounds, Maire Canyon,
66 Mile Trestle and Skutz
Falls Trailhead. The Cowichan River Footpath
follows the River from one end the park to the other. Access can be found
from Duncan via Hwy 18, Cowichan Lake Road and River Bottom Road.

The Trans
Canada Trail borders and passes through the Cowichan River
Provincial Park from the Holt Creek Trail Head to Skutz Falls then on to Lake
Cowichan, access can also be found at the 66 Mile Trestle day use area.
