French Beach offers year-round vehicle accessible camping in a beautiful
natural setting within minutes walk to the ocean. There are 69 drive-in
campsites. The park is located approximately 11 km from Jordan River

BEACH CAMPGROUNDS
Sombrio Beach can be reached via a 250-meter access trail from the
Sombrio Beach Trailhead parking lot, off Hwy 14. There are two designated
wilderness camping areas at Sombrio Beach; one at East Sombrio and
one at West Sombrio.

POTHOLES CAMPGROUNDS
Glacial rock pools and potholes carved naturally into the sandstone
bedrock of the Sooke River. Located near Sooke on southern Vancouver
Island. The park is accessed via Sooke River Road, 5 km north of
West Coast Highway 14.

located in a forested area, about 1 km east of the China Beach day-use
area and the Juan de Fuca East Trailhead. Highway 14, 35 km west of

Koksilah River Park is located west of Shawnigan Lake on southern
Vancouver Island. Undeveloped park with rustic riverside campsites.
There are no vehicle accessible camping facilities, tent pads are
